In the afternoon of Feb. 18th, 2009, the fourth conference of the third Director Board of CADCL successfully held in the headquarters. The meeting was chaired by the chairman board Mr. Zhang Deyong. The vice chairman Mr. He Xintian, the director Mr. Gao Qizhi & Mr. Xiong Zhen; the chairman of Supervisory Board Mr. Xu Zhiqiang, the vice party secretary &vice general manager of CAHG Mr. Zhang Chunxin and other group members attended the conference as observers.

The conference totally discussed and passed 7 proposals, including proposals with regard to “recruiting the General Manager’, ‘recruiting the Market Director ’, ‘Amending the Working Rules of general manager in CADCL’, ‘the 2008 Summary Report of CADCL’, ‘the 2009 Planning Report of CADCL’, ‘the 2008 Final Accounts & 2009 Budget Report of CADCL’ and ‘the investment plans related to direct drove stores in the year 2009’.

The Director Board spoke highly of the jobs done by CADCL in 2008 and affirmed the effort CADCL has paid to positively face the difficulties, promote the product marketing and expand the net work during the Franchise management. Meanwhile, the Board considered the year 2009 is critical to CADCL, because the task is arduous. After recruiting the new general manager and new market director, CADCL should insist the previous operating philosophy& policy, and join all of the employees together to achieve the business objectives of 2009.
